Returns & Refunds

If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re not happy and we will make it right. You may return the unused item in its original condition within 14 days.

All items must be returned in their original condition, without marks or scratches or signs of wear, and must not be altered in any way
Products that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense
Special buy or special sale items are not refundable
Packages must be received at our office within 30 days of the original shipment
Although we do offer free shipping, we do incur the cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund your shipping cost for an item that has been returned
The buyer must pay for the cost of the return shipping
How to Return an Item:

1. Contact the tradeweb.biz Customer Care Team to obtain return shipping instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).

2. Complete the Return Form and include it with your returned shipment.

3. Using the existing packing materials or your own, prepare your item(s) for return along with their original packaging, gift boxes, and/or GIA Certificates of Authenticity.

4. We will send you exact instructions on what to put on the outside of the package.

5. Whatever delivery method was sent to you, you must send the package back through the same carrier and provide us with a tracking number.


You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refunds will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.

Please follow the return instructions exactly as specified to prevent failure of refunding your order. We will refuse receipt of improperly packaged and/or uninsured packages. We will not be responsible for losses or damages during shipment.

If needed, certain countries and/or states have additional taxes that will be paid for by the client, including New York.

Tracking Your Order

We’ll send you an email with your tracking number and estimated arrival date. You can then use the tracking number on your chosen carrier’s website.

Estimated Arrival Date

While we want to be as accurate as possible when calculating the estimated arrival date for your purchase, there are some factors that may cause that to change:

Delays in credit approval
Weather delays
Other shipping/vendor service disruptions
The Estimated Arrival Date for each item will appear on the individual product information pages, in the Shopping Bag, throughout the Checkout process, and in the Order Confirmation.

The Estimated Arrival Date DOES take the following into account:

Additional time needed for ring sizing
The time needed to create your personalized and specially ordered items
Items shipping from different locations on different days
Shipping method that you selected in checkout
We will do our best for you to get the products as soon as possible but take into account that shipment can take up to 12 business days.
